"This is a great, high quality trampoline. However, you do need to know that although the trampoline itself last years, ours is still bouncing after 6 years, the net starts to disintegrate after about 3 years and you cannot buy a replacement and the trampoline becomes fairly unusable. We don’t get any replies from Rebo either, so the product doesn’t last as long as it could do which is a real shame."

"The Trampoline is by far the best quality trampoline we have had yet (this is our 4th) however the service through outdoor toys has been very poor. Item did not arrive on time and then when this was corrected not all of the trampoline was sent a full box was missing and we had been sent a box from a different trampoline. Very difficult to deal with customer services not a good experience."

My girls are over the moon with it and have tested the safety netting alot. Apsolutely safe. Would highly recommend this product to anyone!"

"So thrilled with our purchase. Trampoline looks great and my two children aged 10 and 11 have had hours of fun on it already having only had it a couple of weeks. So, so impressed with the service we received too. Having spent days and days researching which trampoline we wanted I left it much later than I should have done to order it and get it delivered in time for my son’s birthday. After emailing I was told they would do what they could to get it to us and it arrived with plenty of time to spare (I think it was a two day turnaround). As this was mid-summer and with COVID still a factor I really didn’t think this would be a possibility so I was absolutely delighted. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely use this company again."
"Although trampoline more expensive than some similar ones, it was available and delivered within 10 days. It looks more expensive and was easy to put together by one person. We found the springs easier to put on compared to other trampolines we have had over the years and we’re worried it would be loose. It’s absolutely fine and clever hubby greased sections of frame before linking them which cuts down on the squeaking… though doesn’t eliminate completely… but to be honest the squeaks are usually disguised by the laughter from the fun being had in trampoline! We made a little screen from landscape fabric to afford our neighbours a little privacy :-). I was really impressed by Outdoor toys as a company and would highly recommend. Prompt and professional. Happy customer :-)"
"We went the extra mile and bought quality as the kids had outgrown the old trampoline. It is solidly built with a thick aluminium main frame and legs. Single bolts hold the legs together and fix to the main frame. Despite these there was quite a bit of end to end wobble when bouncing. Our trampoline was placed on a level firm surface covered in shingle. Perhaps we need to check levels although it seems very stable. The hardest part was fixing the top rails once threaded with the net into the uprights and getting the button to engage with the hole. The instructions are pretty basic. We made one mistake, missing an exclamation mark ❗️ which means ‘this step is not as you think’. The pictures (that’s all you get) show how to fix the springs and in what order. But you need to place the net onto the mat at the same time because the springs go through the slots at the bottom of the net before engaging with the frame. We missed this and having put all the springs in place as per the picture had to remove them to fit the net. Doh! In all it took two people 3 1/2 hours to set up. The instructions recommend three people. The taller ladder required is basic and not worth the money but it’s essential so you’re stuffed. The children are delighted with the extra bouncing space. Whether it’s worth the extra hundreds of pounds will be seen in its longevity."
