Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all promotional offers, discount codes, and free gift promotions ("Promotions") run by OutdoorToys ("we", "us", "our") via outdoortoys.com (the "Site"). By using a discount code or participating in a Promotion, you agree to these Terms in addition to our standard Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

1. General

1.1 Promotions are valid only during the period stated in the specific offer and while stock lasts, unless otherwise specified.

1.2 We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed but before it has been fulfilled, where the Promotion was applied in error or in breach of these Terms.

1.3 Promotions apply to orders placed via the Site only, unless a specific Promotion states otherwise. Promotions do not apply retroactively to orders placed before the Promotion started.

1.4 Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

1.5 All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Discount Codes

2.1 Discount codes must be entered at checkout in the designated field. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed.

2.2 Only one discount code, promotional offer, or voucher may be used per order, unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional offers cannot be combined.

2.3 Discount codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.

2.4 Discount codes apply to the price of eligible products only and do not apply to shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

2.5 We reserve the right to limit the use of any discount code to one use per customer, household, or payment method, and to cancel or refuse orders where we reasonably suspect abuse (e.g. multiple accounts, resale, or fraudulent use).

2.6 Expired, mistyped, or invalid codes will not be honoured.

3. Free Gift Promotions

3.1 Free gift offers apply automatically once the qualifying spend threshold (stated in the Promotion, e.g. "spend £300+") is met on the value of eligible products in the basket, excluding shipping costs and any discounts already applied, unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Free gifts are offered strictly while stocks last. If stocks of the advertised gift are exhausted, we reserve the right to withdraw the promotion or substitute the gift, without notice.

3.3 Only one free gift will be included per qualifying order, regardless of how many times the spend threshold is exceeded, unless stated otherwise.

3.4 Free promotional gifts are selected by OutdoorToys as part of the advertised offer and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or swapped for an alternative item based on personal preference.

3.5 Where an order includes a free promotional gift, the gift must be returned if the qualifying item is returned for a refund. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning the free gift, and we reserve the right to deduct its retail value from any refund due if the gift is not returned.

4. Combining Promotions

4.1 Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount code, voucher, or promotion, including sale or clearance pricing.

4.2 Products already marked down as part of a sale may be excluded from further promotional discounts; any such exclusions will be noted in the relevant Promotion or product listing.

5. Eligibility & Exclusions

5.1 Promotions are available to customers ordering for delivery within the United Kingdom specified regions only, unless stated otherwise. Excluded regions and areas that incur excess delivery charges can be found in our Delivery Information.

5.2 Promotions are only valid on eligible products as specified within the offer.

5.3 We reserve the right to exclude selected products, brands, clearance items, spare parts, delivery charges, or gift cards from any Promotion, at our discretion. Any exclusions will be clearly stated in the Promotion's advertising or on the Site.

5.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a Promotion has been applied incorrectly, fraudulently, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, and will notify the customer and issue an appropriate refund or amended order where this occurs.

6. Amendments & Errors

6.1 We reserve the right to correct any pricing or Promotion errors on the Site at any time. If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to offer the option of paying the correct price, receiving a refund, or cancelling the order.

6.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies.
