At OutdoorToys, we take our responsibility to the environment seriously. As part of this, we offer a like-for-like take-back service for old electrical products, helping to make sure they are disposed of responsibly and recycled wherever possible.

WHAT WE TAKE BACK

When you buy a new electrical product from OutdoorToys, we can take back your old equivalent product for recycling.

It doesn’t matter if your old product was purchased from another retailer or manufacturer, as long as it is an equivalent type and performs the same function.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Contact us first
Let us know you would like to use our WEEE take-back service.

2. We’ll confirm the arrangements
We’ll check that your item qualifies and let you know how to return it.

3. Get it back to us
We don’t offer home collection, so you’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier or transport to get the item to us.

When sending it, the package must be securely and safely packaged and clearly labelled as WEEE / BATTERY where applicable. Please follow any packaging or transport instructions we provide.

The WEEE take-back itself is free.

4. We’ll take care of the rest
Once received, we’ll ensure the item is sent through the appropriate recycling route.

Please don’t send electrical waste to us without contacting us first.
