Black Friday Early Bird Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the OutdoorToys Early Bird Sale free gift offer (the “Offer”), run by Rebo UK Limited trading as OutdoorToys (“OutdoorToys”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By taking part in the Offer, you agree to these terms alongside our Terms of Service and Returns Policy.
1. The Offer
Buy a ride on toy priced at £150 or more (a “Qualifying Purchase”) and get a free road sign set (the “Free Gift”).
2. Promotion Period
The Offer runs from 00:01 on Tuesday 3 November 2026 to 23:59 on Tuesday 17 November 2026 (UK time) inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
3.2 The Offer is available on orders placed at outdoortoys.com for delivery to a UK address within our standard delivery area.
4. Qualifying Purchase
4.1 A Qualifying Purchase is a single ride on toy with a selling price of £150 or more, including VAT.
4.2 The £150 threshold must be met by one ride on toy. Combining lower-priced ride ons, or adding other products, does not count towards it.
4.3 The qualifying value excludes delivery charges and any amount paid using a gift card, voucher or credit note.
5. The Free Gift
5.1 Once your basket contains a Qualifying Purchase, the Free Gift will be shown in your basket. You must add it to your basket before checking out. We’re unable to add the Free Gift to an order after it has been placed.
5.2 One Free Gift per order, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases the order contains.
5.3 The Free Gift is selected by OutdoorToys. It cannot be exchanged, substituted or interchanged for another product, colour or style, and it has no cash alternative.
5.4 The Free Gift is non-transferable and is offered while stocks last. If it becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative gift of equal or greater value.
5.5 The Free Gift may be dispatched separately from your Qualifying Purchase.
6. Combining Offers
The Offer cannot be used alongside any discount code, voucher or other promotional offer. If a discount code has been applied to your basket, the Free Gift cannot be redeemed.
7. Returns
7.1 If you return your Qualifying Purchase, the Free Gift must be returned with it, unused and in its original packaging.
7.2 You are responsible for the cost of returning the Free Gift.
7.3 If the Free Gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct its retail value from your refund.
7.4 This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
8. Availability, Changes and Withdrawal
8.1 Qualifying Purchases are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that every eligible ride on toy will be in stock throughout the Promotion Period.
8.2 We may amend, suspend or end the Offer early only where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary. Any change will be published on this page, and orders placed before the change will be honoured.
8.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders, or remove the Free Gift from orders, where we reasonably believe the Offer has been misused or applied in error.
9. General
9.1 Data protection: we will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Liability: we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with the Offer. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
9.3 Your statutory rights are not affected.
9.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home nation.
