Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is run by OutdoorToys Ltd, Station Yard, Montgomery, SY15 6HF.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of OutdoorToys and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • Only genuine reviews left on Trustpilot for OutdoorToys.com are eligible.
  • Reviews must be based on an actual purchase and your honest personal experience, whether negative or positive.
  • Reviews containing offensive, racist, or inappropriate content will not qualify.

3. Incentivised Review Disclosure

This promotion involves incentivised reviews.
Entering the prize draw is conditional on leaving a review.

To comply with UK law (Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024) and Trustpilot’s rules, you must:

  • Clearly mark the review as “incentivised” when asked on Trustpilot.
  • Ensure the review is genuine, truthful, and accurately reflects your experience.
  • Not submit any false, misleading, or exaggerated content.

Entries that do not follow these rules will be void.

4. How to Enter

  • Leave an honest review of your most recent OutdoorToys order on Trustpilot.
  • Each order reviewed counts as one entry into that month’s draw.
  • One review per order.

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive a refund of the OutdoorToys order that was reviewed.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative product.

6. Prize Draw Period

  • Each draw runs from the 1st to the last day of every calendar month.
  • The winner will be chosen at random by the 10th of the following month.

7. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, OutdoorToys may select another winner.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, you agree that your review may be used in OutdoorToys marketing materials.
  • We can display your name anonymously if preferred.

9. General

  • By entering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • OutdoorToys may amend or withdraw the prize draw in exceptional circumstances.
  • All decisions by OutdoorToys are final.
  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Trustpilot.
