Great product but let down by their choice in courier

"The product is great, took a little longer to assemble than thought but all in all no complaints. The item was collected by DX Express as 8 items and then the courier split the package into 3 deliveries coming on separate occasions. Needless to say, this caused a lot of inconvenience. 2 of the 3 deliveries came and the 3rd never turned up. The courier claimed it had been delivered but couldn't provide a photo or signature from the delivery. Sheng, from outdoor toys customer services, was fantastic and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out immediately. Overall, a great service let down by a bad choice in courier partner."

Great service, great product

"Great experience from start to finish. Order delivered exactly when advised. All parts present and correct (including some spare screws and bolts just in case). Instructions for assembly were very clear and easy to follow. I am in construction so pretty handy with the tools anyway, but it took me about 6 hours to assemble the whole thing including additional bits. My 4yr old loves his lookout tower and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend."

The whole package arrived at

"The whole package arrived at the one time, it arrived very quickly. It took a while to build with having to pre drill the wholes but it wasn't to hard. Our daughter loves it as we added the baby swing seat, is constantly playing on it and the slide. The whole structure is well made and very sturdy"

"This tower is great. As others have said assembly would be made easier if wooden parts were labelled but goes together well. But my 3 year old absolutely love his birthday present. My only comment would be to use different courier service. DX said they were going to deliver twice, and after waiting in all day failed to deliver"

Fantastic play frame.

"Brilliant quality, good strong durable. Instructions was easy to follow once I sorted out which wood length was which. (Number system would if made it better). Delivery was really quick. About a week. . few bits of wood were broken on delivery, but a quick email to them and replacement was sent out within 72 hours! Brilliant service! Took a few hours to build. . definitely recommend this item."
