"The actual material/ wood well cut and edges rounded. The instructions were pictorial and confusing could have added written instructions to. Individual pieces could have been marked to aid construction as a lot of time widths/lengths / depths needed to be measured. The finished product is good and sturdy. Just as a side note the delivery was about 4/5 days, no communication from delivery other than they had it. When delivered it was just left in front of garage and partly on neighbours garden. We had no idea it had been delivered until late evening. Ok as we live rural however could have been nicked if in a busier area."

"Given 4 stars as I have t actually attached them as yet. They seem pretty solid and I can see how they would hold down the frame sufficiently. Only realise I haven’t attached them yet is my little doesn’t require them yet (doesn’t swing high enough) and I might move the frame before I secure down."

"We ordered a swingset/climbing frame for our toddler, to keep him busy in the summer season. The delivery was fumbled by the logistics partner, meaning we had to wait nearly 3 weeks for everything to arrive before we could start building. The outdoor toys team, empathetic and kind, put me at ease. Owned the situation, and got it resolved. Spoke to Shaun and Becky, who were the champions of the customer service. We got the parts, got it built (easier than I thought it would be) and now my toddler uses it daily. Thank you to the team at outdoor toys. You got it done and made a little boy happy."
Great product
"Great product and made with quality materials. It’s a shame the holes aren’t done before sending so that it’s reduces the time it takes to put up. The delivery was a nightmare the website and confirmation email said 3-5 days but it took over 2 weeks even with customer service support. Also a shame the swings can’t be substituted out like one standard swing for a baby swing, this just means extra mkney is spent on added extras when it was already an expensive piece of equipment."
