"The quality of the wood is great. Order was reasonably quick to arrive and all parts were delivered as had read some reviews that bits were missing. Took some time to build, I would recommend allow a full afternoon and at least 3 people. My kids love it and I can see it brining a lot of fun to the garden over the years"

"Great quality and the little one loves it! The baby swing seat is a nice fit and the slide is a good size! Assembled it myself in around 6 hours- not too challenging with the supplied instructions. The ladder is quite tough for a toddler to climb safely, so I will build a solid ramp to replace that. The supplied bolt to attach the swing set to the tower is too short, but quickly sorted with a 22m boring tool. in the instructions one part is labelled W14 and it should be W12- for any who get stuck on that part! Aside from these small issues it is a solid and fun bit of kit, 9/10."
"My son loves it. Nicely designed playhouse and good quality materials. Only negative is that it involves a lot of construction - the wood is pre cut only, I was expecting more pre-assembled panels or at least pre-drilled. Delivery was more than 10 business days as stated on the website, annoyingly had lined up family to help assemble and it didn’t arrive in time for that despite contacting customer service."
"Delivery was good about 2 weeks or so as expected and all arrived. 2 attempts to put up but we got there and grandchildren love it! It's a park at nanny and grandads house"

"Amazing product (strong and steady), customer services and quick delivery but only 60% of the order turned up on first delivery, took 45 minutes in queue to customer service, but once connected they were very polite and helpful and had the rest out that same day. Beth thanks again for all your help and rapid turnaround, my son’s birthday was perfect. I highly recommend and even with the mess around."

"Great for the kids (aged 18 months and 3). Easy enough to put together myself using the kit purchased seperately for ease more than need. Sturdy and looks like it will last a long time too. The kids love it."
