"All parts received in good order and undamaged. The quality of the wood was good. Straight and without splits. Some discolouring from the treatment. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and all parts were present. Although the suggested build time of 4 hours is optimistiic to say the least! Looks great and the grandson loves his lookout tower."

"Easy to follow instructions. Went together easily. Would be better if holes were pre-drilled but guess that would push the price up. Some bits of wood were chipped and splintering so had to sand the down etc, maybe due to damage in transit but nothing major."
"I purchased this product for Christmas for my little girl and boy, aged 6 and 2, they both absolutely love it. It well made and very sturdy, I purchased the one with the rock wall and they love it. It arrived in good time and easy enough to assemble."
"Arrived in good time and the small issues I had the team worked well to deal with. Appreciate the time and communication thank you. Well worth you reading the instructions fully before building as a few minor things we would have done slightly differently it we was aware of it in advance (this was more to do with installing the den material). Only reason I am giving it 4 rather than 5 stars is that I am a bit weary of the slide, seems more flexible than what I hoped for at that price - however all the reviews seem good so I am hoping this is just me being cautious and it is more robust than I think it is and it will last the test of time."

"Very difficult to assemble - instructions are not very clear at all. However the frame and the equipment is solid, would be great if the assemble option as an add on was decently priced. However would order again from the company as they have been very helpful. And the kids absolute love the product"
