"It arrived when it said it would. Building the tower from the instructions yourself was easy to follow. The only thing we have not done yet is apply the green plastic material to it. This is quite tricky as we have to cut it ourselves. The sheet is very long and not really easy to do. It would have been helpful if this had been done already."
Needs better instructions how to assemble
"The product is great once it’s up and our kids ( 2 and 4 years old) love it. Very sturdy and wood is good quality. I only gave 4 stars because the assembly of this product was a bit of a nightmare. There are no pre-drilled holes for where the screws have to go in. It should be clear in the instructions what tools are required (we had all of them but it should say really). The instructions need to be clearer ie which way the wood should go / face. The part number stages were unclear and my husband had to dismantle the first part because of this. Also you do need to smooth the edges of the wood as it was too sharp (sand paper did the job). Apart from that all parts and screws were delivered within stated time (within few working days)."

"Worth every penny, the kids love it. Perfect size for our small garden. Assembly was much easier than what I had thought reading other reviews. Very solid and sturdy. My little ones are 2 and 3 and can play safely on their own as it’s not as high as others"
