"We had some issues with delivery but the customer service team were excellent and very responsive, rapidly resolving the issue for us. The product itself is robust and looks good but did take quite a while for us to put together. Pre-drilled holes would help."
"A strong and sturdy swing set coupled with the monkey bars and climbing wall was perfect for my 7 year old who had more than outgrown her previous swing. It took around 2. 5 hours to construct and ideally would need 2 of you to manage the long wood poles. I slightly customised my climbing walll to have pink grips but that was down to our own personal taste. Overall it looks great and our daughter couldn’t love it anymore"
"It’s sturdy, it’s quality! Bought for my daughter and when searching for the right option, I couldn’t believe how many we had to choose from. We already had a slide so it was great to see options with and without to get exactly what you’re looking for. It’s a quality climbing frame/swing set. It’ll last years and is large enough for my daughter as she gets that bit older. It took maybe a bit longer than an afternoon to assemble (2 people). Very happy with the item."
