Great swing, challenging to build
"Really great swing set and kids love it. One star taken off as it was very challenging to build. My husband has good DIY skills and it still took him a whole weekend to complete. Instructions not the easiest to follow. Wood was very soft and damp when it arrived and covered in black mould (which luckily brushed off). Delivery took much longer than expected and arrived in separate packages over 3 days which wasn’t ideal. It does sway and creak a little when the kids are on it (7 and 8 year old) despite us setting the ground anchors in concrete. Overall still a great playset."

Kids love it
"Very happy 5 and 7 year old, they love it! The assembly was fairly straightforward, needs two people in part, and took a whole day. The only thing that is a bit disappointing is that the construction design means that there is give in the joints, the whole thing moves when being used. It won't collapse, but it is just surprising that there is so much give in the joints."
Great product and service but tough work.
"It’s brilliant, and the kids love it, but you have two separate instruction manuals (I actually had three since I also bought a cargo net and rope set). It’s just down to you to figure out what to do first - easy for a pro, maybe, but something to consider for future buyers—saying that their service and communication was excellent. I had to call to get assistance at one point, and the person who answered the phone was delightful and very helpful, which is rare nowadays since, most of the time, you have to select multiple options when calling a company and then wait on hold before actually speaking to the right person... if you're lucky!"
Great climbing frame but perhaps not the easier to assembly
"Some of the poles on the climbing frame have some quite bit splits in them which we didn't expect this soon after delivery. It was quite complicated to assemble and we think it would be challenging for someone without DIY skills. We do however love the overall design of the product and our kids love it too!"
