"Very good product kids have not stopped playing on it took around 6 hours to build with plenty of breaks. Would really recommend to anyone thinking of buying it. The wood is very solid and the instruction s are easy to read which is a bonus"
"Really pleased with the delivery as it was quick and as expected. Instructions were clear and it took around 6 hours to build fully. Sturdy framework and the kids have been loving it since it was installed. I only bought one pack of the metal anchors but you need a minimum of six."
"Was delivered well packaged on a pallet within a few days of ordering. On opening the boxes I saw all the bits & pieces and thought “Oh gawd, I’m gonna be here forever”. It actually took me about 6 hours on my own including a couple of tea breaks. Instructions are clear & easy to follow. Nice little bonus of having the drill bits included with the screws & bolts. Really pleased with the purchase. Well worth the money. The Grandkids love it."
"Having read some of the really negative reviews out there I had some concerns, however the frame arrived on time, all the correct items were there and my children love it! It's not pre-drilled so it took some time putting it up, but two of us over two afternoons got it done. It does have a large number of splits in the wood which I know others have commented on - but it doesn't appear to be an issue and I don't think it's of low quality - wood splits!"
"Arrived earlier than expected which was a plus. It looks much bigger in person than the pictures. We are very happy with it and the kids are delighted, best Christmas present. The tower and posts are very sturdy. Totally worth the smiles on their faces. All the fixtures and screws ect were all good quality. Would highly recommend!!"

"I shopped around for months before deciding on the Rebo Pyrennes. There are so many to choose from and the size we wanted was very expensive. Once we decided on the Pyrennes, I contacted customer services. I wanted to talk through dimensions etc. They were thorough and in depth with all my questions. Our purchase arrived on schedule. Delivery guy was lovely. Now we have built the climbing frame and it is brilliant. The wood is strong and sturdy. The fixtures are well made and reliable. The whole piece put togther looks amazing. Rebo/ Outdoor toys include the achor sets which is a huge bonus as other places you have to buy in addition for a few hundred pounds. Very happy and satisfied customer. The drill parts included weren't very good. They kept breaking but this is the only negative and considering I didn't build it, quite a small one from my perspective."
