"Was looking to purchase a climbing frame set for my two very active boys. I researched various companies, weighing up price, quality of the product and customer service and went with OutdoorToys. Very happy with my purchase, customer service has been fantastic, very responsive and sorted out an issue I had very quickly. Only negative was the courier service. I tracked my order through OutdoorToys and saw in the morning that it had changed to 'out for delivery' however it didn't turn up until a day later in the afternoon. The lorry just spontaniously pulled up, no communication from the driver to check I'd be in, despite my number being available on the delivery invoice. I appreciate that this is the courier's failings not OutdoorToys, however waiting in/booking time off work for 2 days or missing the spontaneous delivery can put a dampener on an otherwise positive experience. I was very glad I work from home and able to receive the delivery whenever it decided to turn up."

Fantastic Play Park

"We were sceptical about putting it together, but it’s the best flat pack we’ve put together. You need to be organised, check all the items (we wrote the timber numbers on each piece, this made our life much easier). It did take us about 10 hours to put together, but we did do this on the hottest weekend, so had to keep finding cover for health reasons, otherwise one day would have done it. Good quality product, goes together as it says on the instructions. Our Grandchildren absolutely love it & have name it “Our Play Park”. Hours of fun have been had already."

"We could not find any better on any other site and we were not disappointed. Because the reviews indicated assembly was likely to be beyond us, we had the equipment erected. It was worth every penny. we know everything is safe and secure, Matthew was first class, listening to the needs, responding to the topography of the garden and totally on top of everything. Sturdy equipment, high quality materials, excellent design, excellent customer relation by all involved at the firm. Delivery time, we felt, was exceptionally quick in our case, maybe because we were 'local', i. e. 2 hours away. We would definitely recommend and use again."

"The frame itself is good quality. It did take a fair bit of time and effort to put together and some of the instructions were not too easy to decipher as they are all unit based rather for the specific design of the full frame purchased, but we got there. Kids absolutely love it and it should last them a long time!"
