"Looks so good,great quality, kids love it. only thing I would say needs improving would be ,better labelled instructions as you are left to work it out yourself, pre drilled holes would be good also. took my husband and his uncle 2 days to build. Finally results are great."
"Arrived very quickly, was expecting it to arrive later, so pleasant surprise. We have not got it put up yet. My son is hoping to get help from his friend to help assemble it. My grandchildren are looking forward to playing on it, seen as they chose it. Once is it in place I am looking forward to sending pictures of it in use. "Very nice climbing frame. my kids absolutely love it,they have been waitinga long timefor us ro finallybuy it,its great quality. only think I think needs improving is the instructions,itlt would be better if everything was pre drilled and labelled and on the instructions in the booklet, all you get is a picture, no direct instructions,took time to separate everything to make sure we know where it all goes. took my husband and his uncle 2 days to build it. apart from that it's perfect."

"Recently bought this set both my boys 3 and 8 absolutely love it!! … delivery took 3 weeks the courier rang to arrange a day and time. Took my husband a day to build it from scratch and he’s a joiner. Every single piece comes separately to be built up! Very solid and great quality."
"So pleased with our climbing frame, with monkey bars and slides. The grandchildren love it. All lives and equipment was included and although it takes a while due to the size, the instructions are clear.! Delivery was prompt and communication was excellent. The website shows colour choice and configuration choices so it’s easy to see if it will fit into the space you have. The beams themselves are all solid and will last years."
"We are absolutely over the moon with our new climbing frame- it’s sturdy and will definitely provide hours of fun for our little boy. Gavin installed it for us and he was so knowledgeable, so friendly and so helpful. When configuring the layout, he had so many suggestions to make it work, and kept safety as a top priority. He was kind and patient with my little boy, who insisted on being involved, too. An excellent service that I’m so glad we chose to include. Beth was friendly and helpful whenever I got in touch with a query about adding on a product or asking for updates and estimated installation dates. I did find the best way to contact them was via social media as the phone queues were very long and email responses were also on the slow side, but form what I understand, it’s a family run company with a small staff, so that would be why. When we did make contact- I was completely satisfied with the help and service I got. Completely happy with the whole thing- would definitely purchase from them again when the time comes."

"My 3 grandchildren absolutely love their new climbing frame. They range from nearly 9 to 2 and a half. My 2 son in laws took 3 evenings to assemble it, but were both very impressed with the quality (one of them is a carpenter)"
