Excellent product -disappointing delivery service
"The product itself was as described - good assembly instructions we bought it for our granddaughters birthday and once all the shipment had been delivered and once assembled it ticked all the boxes and she loves it- the downside was the shocking service from the delivery company - 4 of the 5 packs arrived and obviously some of the items had broken loose from the strapping tape and made it difficult to handle - the package containing all the hardware was not there - when I questioned the driver about the other package he just shrugged his shoulders and said name tomorrow or the next day and then drove off - The final package arrived 3 days later- the box was split open and the contents falling out-fortunately as far as we could tell all the bits were there- but 3 days later than necessary . Whilst we liked the product we were unhappy with the delivery and sadly wouldn’t buy from you again due to the frankly ‘shocking’ delivery service Sadly though"
