"Bought this for our daughter and she absolutely loves it! We’re really pleased with the quality, it is strong and sturdy. We had to get a replacement seat for the swing as it arrived damaged but we were so impressed by the customer service we received and we were sent a replacement the next day."
"Swings and slide all arrived quickly with absolutely everything needed , nothing missing, my 12 year old Neice actually put it all together… she did need a step and occasionally a second person just to hold beams in place… one small piece of wood was unacceptably split… the company quickly sent out a perfect replacement part… it’s been in daily use for a few weeks by children from 1 years … upto and including the aforementioned 12 year old… great addition to the garden."

"The swing/slide combo is just what I wanted but the delivery left a great deal to be desired. Four separate delivery days and several 'chat' with OT. Yes, they did send one wrong bit but mainly it was DX delivery system (or lack of)."
