Disappointed
"I was very disappointed with this company as after ordering this item I didn’t receive it for 3 weeks later. Was shocked to find only 5 out of the10 items were delivered. A week later 2 more items were delivered. Thought this was a complete shipment not coming in bits and drabs. After endless emails and phone calls ( which they took forever to answer) I decided to have a refund. They came and picked it up when they said. I also had negative responses from the drivers on the delivery company. Not very happy."

"Really impressed with quality for the price. Very sturdy. Once made they’re quite big. Wood seems like it’s treated. I didn’t build it but yeah it would take 2-3 days to get up as holes not pre drilled. Would recommend"

Fab climbing frame
"This came delivered well packaged and labelled as to what each part was, unfortunately we were missing the middle section of instructions which we didn’t realise until we started building however it’s simple to work out which parts go together with which screws (good job grandad is an engineer!) etc and using the pictures that were there as evidence. My kids are age 5 and 3 and absolutely love their new climbing frame, it’s built to last so I can see years of fun and play dates at ours. Was perfect size for our garden. This is the second order I have made with Outdoor Toys and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again."
