"Lovely play set, really sturdy and good quality. My kids love it. The downside is it is near impossible to build. The instructions aren’t very clear and nothing is lablelled. It took my builder partner about 8 hours to build. So bear in mind if you are planning on building yourself."
"Fantastic frame, slide and swing the additional climbing wall is great too. Sold and better quality than I expected. One of the wooden beams was split on arrival but outdoor toys sent a replacement straight away when I contacted them. The size is great, bought for my 3 year old and should last much longer than expected due to the size. I like that additional items can be purchased at a later date to continue to make the frame more interesting and challenging as they get older."
"The items were very well packaged. We had an issue with the delivery company where a box was misplaced. We contacted the customer service team and Chloe was outstanding, she resolved the issue and we had a replacement of the missing item within 48 hours so we were super pleased with that. The item took around 3-4 hours to build as there was a lot of measuring, drilling holes etc, but relatively straight forward. The quality is really great. It looks great when set up and my little girl loves it. We were recommended the product from my sister who has had it for now 5 years and it is still in great condition, so hoping we get lots of years of fun from it too! :)"
"We have just assembled our swing and slide and our 4 year old absolutely loves it! Relatively easy to put together with 2 people doing it. Just a shame our garden isnt big enough for the monkey bar add on! 😄 Wood quality is great and the slide is nice and sturdy. Glad we purchased for our little boy!"

"This is a good sturdy swing set. Be prepared for the many hours it takes to put together. No pre drilled holes and no numbers on any of the wood. It arrives as bundles of wood with no markings so lots of measuring to figure out which piece is which."
"Ordered over Easter weekend which meant it took just over a week to arrive. But it's fabulous! Took one man with little to no experience a while afternoon to build!! Be exact with your measurements for drilling the holes as it doesn't come pre drilled or marked. Kids have spent every afternoon after school so far swinging away!!"

"Ordered this in march for our songs 5th birthday, started to build it in the middle of April but quickly realised all the wood hadn’t been delivered. Got in contact with outdoor toys and Chloe was an absolute saviour. She managed to help us and get the remaining pieces shipped straight away. Such a great customer service from her. Our son absolutely loves his new climbing frame!"
"We bought this for our daughter and she absolutely loves it. The quality is honestly unmatched compared to a lot of other climbing frames we looked at - it feels really sturdy, safe and well made, and it looks amazing in the garden too. I’ll be honest, the setup was definitely challenging and took a good amount of time, but once it was finished it felt completely worth it. There was a real sense of achievement seeing it all built and watching our daughter enjoy it straight away. If you’re prepared to put the time into building it properly, you’ll end up with a fantastic play set that feels like it’s going to last for years."
