"Kids love it, structure has good support, could have been easier to build but we got there in the end. The courier company wasn't great, turned up with delivery everywhere in the van, not tied down. We added a different swing and the kids love that"
"We ordered a swingset/climbing frame for our toddler, to keep him busy in the summer season. The delivery was fumbled by the logistics partner, meaning we had to wait nearly 3 weeks for everything to arrive before we could start building. The outdoor toys team, empathetic and kind, put me at ease. Owned the situation, and got it resolved. Spoke to Shaun and Becky, who were the champions of the customer service. We got the parts, got it built (easier than I thought it would be) and now my toddler uses it daily. Thank you to the team at outdoor toys. You got it done and made a little boy happy."
"Ordered this for my grandchildren arrived via a very helpful DX driver great start. Some DIY knowledge to construct is needed. Some begain all was great until building the swing arm oops wrong beams timber. Called CS next day a few photo's and email later issue resolved Chole was fantastic replacement timber sent and received within 48hrs project completed. Grand daughter loves it grandson too. What could have been very stressful wasn't highly recommend. Great price and service fantastic CS and quality a big thank you to Chloe."

"Exactly as described and assembled well. Only negative would be that all pieces need to be labeled. Especially screws. Having random numbers for someone who has never put together something this before was tricky with just batch numbers on. Over all lovely product and my little boys are very happy!"
