"We're very pleased with the climbing frame, swings and monkey bars. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that we had to get someone from Taskrabbit to erect it for us. It took him 4 and a half hours. My husband tried but the instructions were not easy to follow because the wooden planks and posts were bundled together but weren't marked so you couldn't match up what went with what. The tasker said he couldn't believe no-one had complained about the instructions before (which is what customer services told me)."

A good allround package
"Our local authority has, quite correctly, closed public play areas in order to support efforts to control the spread of coronavirus. As grand-child-minders we decided to make one of our own in our back garden. After much research I selected this package. This turned out to be a great decision. The design and materials are excellent. The instructions are clear, well presented and easy to follow. The final product is enormously appreciated by our grand-daughter. It has also generated compliments from neighbours directly and from friends and family via photos on Facebook. Also, delivery was very quick and efficient. During construction, I did discover that two items were missing from the package. These were two of the four swing hangars. It was therefore possible to nearly complete the build and to make the package almost completely usable. I emailed OutdoorToys on Sunday evening to notify the missing items. I got an apology email on Monday morning. I received the new units on Thursday morning. This is a very swift and positive response, especially under current lockdown constraints. It is not what goes wrong that matters, but how you deal with it. I am very happy with the product and the customer service. Thank you."
