"It is a lovely climbing frame platform, the kids enjoy it. The assembly was hard! It is untreated, so the first step of treating the wood with weather proof coating took 3 days! Then the construction took a further two days. Its lots of parts of measured wood and you do the rest yourself. The measuring, the holes for the screws, everything. Not an easy flat pack style but more like build by numbers. Everything on the website suggest its much easier."
"I felt compelled to leave a review because, honestly, the existing ones nearly put me off ordering. I’m so glad I went ahead! Delivery was impressively quick—arrived within 3–5 days and was well-organized. I even received a follow-up call to confirm the delivery details, which was a nice touch. We didn’t assemble the climbing frame until about four weeks later, so I was a bit worried something might be missing. Thankfully, everything was included, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took us around five hours to put it all together, and the end result was absolutely worth it. ✅ Fast delivery ✅ Great communication ✅ Easy assembly ✅ All parts included"
