| Promotion | Customer shall receive a Gift Card via email when they make a purchase, which has a total value equal to or in excess of the Qualifying Spend to use on future purchases. |

The following terms and conditions apply to our Black Friday £25 digital gift card giveaway (the “Promoter”):
Promotional Period
00:01 29 November 2024 to 23:59 2 December 2024 inclusive.
Offer
£25 digital gift card for all qualifying customers who spend over £250 in a single transaction.
Qualifying Purchase
Any single transaction purchase made online by a Qualifying Customer (as defined below) during the Promotional Period. Excludes shipping charges.
Eligibility
- The Offer is only valid to all customers who make a qualifying purchase in a single transaction.
- This offer cannot be retrospectively applied to any purchases made before or after the promotional period.
- The maximum gift card value any one customer can receive is £100. One gift card per transaction.
Excluded Participants
The Offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.
Digital Gift Card Delivery
The digital gift card will automatically be sent to qualifying customers on 9 December, using the registered email address on their order.
Expiry
All digital gift cards will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Returns
- Before the digital gift card is used: The gift card will be cancelled if the total spend lowers the Qualifying Spend enough to reduce the value of the Voucher to zero. Alternatively, a new gift card will be issued if the Qualifying Spend is still met. You will be notified of such cancellation/replacement by email.
- After the digital gift card is used: The value of the used gift card will be deducted from any refund amount relating to such return.
One Offer at a Time
The Offer may not be used in conjunction with or in addition to any other discount voucher or offer.
No Alternatives
No cash alternative is available, and the digital gift card is non-transferable. The Offer is subject to the availability of products, and the Promoter makes no guarantee that any or all the products that make up a Qualifying Purchase will be available at all times during the Promotional Period.
Acceptance of Terms
By using this Offer, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Amendment and Cancellation
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Offer at any time without notice.
Data Protection
We will only process your personal information as set out in the Privacy Policy at https://www.outdoortoys.com/pages/privacy-policy.
Liability
Outdoor Toys shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the Qualifying Customer in respect of the Offer, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any indirect or consequential loss arising under or in connection with the Offer.
Jurisdiction and Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
