"Very pleased with everything about this purchase. It arrived quickly and was packaged v well. It took a little time to build but we knew it would. The quad has been great, we keep it on medium speed which is fast enough for a 6yr old. Charges well and light enough for 2 people to lift into a car."

"Being a petrol head i was sceptical about switching to electric quads but it has surpassed all my expectations. What and awesome peice of kit this little quad is. My daughter loves it too especially the horn and lights 🤣. The three speed settings are perfect for getting her used to it and the transit brake means I don't have to wedge the wheels in car. Robust, fast and fun. Just what every little kid ( and dad 🤣 ) needs 😉"

"Got my son this for his 4th birthday and couldn't be happier the slowest setting is perfect for him to learn on as no issues keeping up at a fast walking pace rides well brakes are really good too very good solid piece of equipment"

"I have given 4 stars would of been 5 but the quad was missing an essential bolt nut and cylinder from the arm to the wheel, Emailed outdoor toys and got an email back same day the missing bolt arrived about two working days later but it was too short which wasn’t very good so emailed again and got a reply same day again the bolt nut and cylinder was sent straight out and the problem was solved. I wasn’t too happy about the missing bolt and the kids could only look at it for a few days but to be fair to outdoor customer services did everything they could to solve the problem reply’s were fast and never left me hanging. The quad is amazing my 4year old girl loves it as does my 2 year old lad the 3 setting speeds a great feature although my 2year old experienced the medium setting after my daughter got off and now he won’t use the slow setting and scares the life out of me they both moved up to this from 12v and 24v quads and it’s brought there riding on so much my 14 year old nephew has used the fast setting and it really does move on full charge and full throttle it’s definitely going faster than it says it does on paper we have had it a few weeks now and no problems at all other than the two of them fighting over it so I’m having ordering another one now and more than happy to use outdoor toys again despite the problem as it was dispatched quick and delivered quicker than it was ment to and the customer service is spot on. The missing bolt was the only let down but stuff happens and it was put right straight away well second time round but the kids are happy that’s the main thing."
