"I purchased a swing set from outdoor toys, I initially made a mistake in the ordering process and it was dealt with well. There were a few missing bolts and on each contact nothing was too much trouble, I dealt with several of the team and all provided exceptional customer service. Mistakes do happen however, how a company responds is whether you purchase again in the future,. The team at outdoor toys are a credit. . well done all involved."

Hiccups but fixed and then some
"I ordered my Swing set and at first the delivery came quicker than predicted which was great news, only the 4 legs and the brace bars were missing. I could see from the tracker that this was the delivery company's fault but a first call with Outdoor left me a bit sour as it was all a bit up in the air for how it was going to be fixed. However, they did fix it and the missing legs arrived about a week later. Building the swing set single handed was a bit of a struggle but that's on me, only I would comment that the 55mm screws provided are not long enough and you should buy 80mm ones which are perfect. Once constructed, the set looks excellent and my daughter loved it, until the nest swing ripped after 24hrs. Back on to OutdoorToys and feeling the experience has soured again, however, they have posted a new one out today so should have this shortly, and they have refunded the cost of the nest swing so really, you can't ask better than that can you. There will always be some orders that go wrong and I guess I was unlucky but my faith has been restored in the company and they have dealt with the problems perfectly."

"Fantastic sturdy swing/ climbing frame, my daughter had friends love it so much! Thank you! Although on another note. The shipping was awful, the boxes looked like they were run over by a truck, and poles were wet so had trouble putting them in the slots."

"The overall product was good quality. Some of the poles were bowed and every pole had to shaved to fit the brackets. Other than that product was good and i'd recomend."
