"Very easy to place our order for the up and over climbing frame and swings. Delivery was earlier than expected so pleased with such an excellent service. One part missing which was sent out very quickly and didn't stop us building the frame. Instructions could be better but managed to assemble it. Took a bit of time but grandkids love it. Very sturdy and robust structure. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend buying from outdoor toys."

Triple swing

"I will not say it is the easiest to assemble but they have the best customer care service. The customer service helped us in every way they even replaced some legs we damaged without any issues. Remember not to hammer the timber legs into the metal brackets instead do sanding. We didn't know this and damaged the legs. Because it is huge we had issues with installing and anchoring but it is all set in. This is the best swing and very stable once installed. I would 100% recommend Outdoor toys both for their product and wonderful customer care."
