Rebo swing set and climber

"No problems with order and delivery. Set up went well, noted one leg does have some cracks in it so will monitor this. It does state that cracks are normal and does not affect use on site. It's winter so not used much at the moment. While waiting for delivery we stayed in thinking they were going to deliver it when they said loaded on to van so advice to anyone buying to wait until it updates to "out for delivery" before waiting in. The 2 man delivery team were good and would happily put it anywhere we wanted."

"We had a problem with the delivery of this product, as they forgot to deliver a part. I contacted customer service, which was not responsive and very confusing. Fortunately, the delivery company contacted me by phone as soon as they saw the part on the truck to arrange delivery the next day. Also, my husband found the assembly instructions confusing."
