"came in about 7 working days, delivered fine by 1 person and left in the hallway (no problems with this). took me about 5 hours to put it all together on my own. Fairly simple to follow just some extra drilling needed. overall good quality item. only downside is some of the wood did have some big splits in, lets see how it holds up."

"Absolutely love this swing set ! Ordering was easy and came fairly quickly . We had to refuse the top poke as it was badly split but they sorted it quickly. My husband is a real handy man so built it easily but not sure how easy it would be for a ‘normal’ person 😬 Really pleased with it and our little grandson absolutely loves it !!!"

Delivery very quick, advice given over the phone with an issue we had to do with the Anchor kit, dealt with in a friendly and informative way, within ten minutes the issue was sorted new delivery arranged and collection for unwanted item. - Will this need to be cemented in to the ground
- Good Morning, We would not recommend cementing the legs into the ground, as this may cause the wood to rot prematurely. However, whilst all of our swing sets are very sturdy, we would always recommend anchoring these to the ground as this will add an extra layer of security. To give you some more information about the anchors, the standard anchors are designed for a much harder ground / soil type.
