"Building was an absolute nightmare but once it’s done it’s fantastic! My 3 year old loves it. Delivery took a lot longer than specified when I ordered which was slightly annoying."

Great product, Difficult to set up
"The set is great, perfect size and height and the kids love it, As a product cant fault it The only issue is the fact that you have to measure up and drill all the holes yourself, its very time consuming took us 3 evenings overall to put together. Also the delivery was strange, It took around 16 business days to come and got no information untill the morning of the delivery thankfully someone was in"

"The play equipment itself is lovely and my 2year old loves it but putting it together was quite tricky and took forever. It’s a shame it doesn’t come pre-drilled as that would save so much time. It also got delivered on 2 separate days."

The actual product as amazing,
"The actual product as amazing, my child loves it, just what we wanted- perfect But the customer service is zero to none I emailed numerous times wanting to know an eta for delivery as I needed to make sure I was home. The delivery turned up weeks later of course when I was at work and my mom who is ill had to take it. The driver did help but would be nice to have a heads up"

- Hi, the standard anchors are designed for a much harder ground / soil type. Whereas the heavy duty anchors are tailored towards a much softer ground / soil type. Kind regards, Bethan
