Birthday present.
"Ordered this swing as a birthday present for my autistic grandson to have at my house. After several days I received the swing seat. The delivery driver told me there was only one item for delivery. After contacting outdoor toys they in turn contacted the courier service who a week later delivered the frame of the swing whereby the packaging was undone and it was left on my doorstep like this. I had not received any prior notice this item was to be delivered. There was a part missing from the frame of the swing. I tried ringing the courier and left voice messages but nobody got back to me. I then telephoned outdoor toys every few days and was assured by Rachel , Sheng and another member of staff the item would be delivered. I have made numerous telephone calls to outdoor toys and was assured the missing part would arrive soon. I eventually received an empty box from the courier and refused this. The courier delivered the empty flat pack box again the next day and u again I refused to accept it. APC courier service emailed me to say the item was delivered and received by me which it wasn’t. I still have not received the part for the swing so I have to give this company no stars and will not buy from them again."

Nice Wooden Swing, But Quality Issues with Structu
"The swing itself looks great, and I’m happy with the natural wood finish. However, I do have safety concerns. I understand that minor cracks can occur in natural materials, but the cracks the product arrived with were not minor. I had to request a replacement for the main crossbeam, as it was nearly split through; the new beam is in perfect condition (customer service was helpful). We assembled the swing today, as our daughter has been waiting for it for weeks (delivery and replacement took quite a long time), but we still have serious concerns about the legs. We don’t want to risk her being injured. I suppose time will tell, but I hope it proves to be safe and durable."

Could probably have been erected
"Could probably have been erected by one person, but we had two and it was easy and quick. Instructions clear. Lovely and sturdy and a great hit with the children. The anchors aren't being used as yet, because it isn't in its final position, However, it is still extremely stable and our energetic 5 year old can't shift it on the grass. Looks like it will last a long time."
