"Arrived with significant splits in the wooden poles - I notified Outdoor Toys of my concern with the safe to use status of the wooden poles - I was told that the splits in the wooden poles was normal and acceptable - When i viewed the Video Link provided on the Outdoor Toys selling page on how to build the Swing Frame it was obvious that the wooden poles being used on the video were perfect with no splits at all - I notified Outdoor Toys of my ongoing concern but received no reply."

"Lovely, sturdy swing purchased for our daughter’s birthday - she seems very secure and comfortable in the seat. Sure there will be many years of use, especially as we also got the next seat that can be swapped in when she is older. A bit of a task to put together (hence 4 stars), though we were aware of this when we bought it, and preferred a wooden frame so decided to go ahead. All in all would definitely recommend, with the caveat of needing to factor in the set up time and effort."
