"The product looks excellent and is a massive hit with my 9month old daughter , delivery was quick also and reasonably priced The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is due to question marks over the longevity of the poles . I questioned the fact the main pole had a split along the entire length of it , after several phone calls and emails , outdoor toys finally accepted that the quality was not sufficient and sent a replacement piece All other poles have several large splits in them , only time will tell if this becomes a serious structural issue"

Double swing great value

"Fast delivery great customer service so easy to put together and it looks amazing when it’s built so sturdy compared to a metal one I had before the swing I ordered had one side wood missing but I emailed them and asked if I could just have a replacement part instead of returning the whole swing they delivered it the next day now that’s great customer service one happy customer will be buying all my outdoor items from here from now on great place in my photos I’ve not finished building it I still haven’t put on the two sides I’m getting to it lol"

Ok kids swing once built

"The wood quality is terrible with huge cracks and the top fixings aren’t very helpful to make it feel any more sturdy or get the angles right. That said, now it’s up with the ground anchors it works well. It’s a shame the weight limit is only 50kg on the swing as often my son wants me to have a go too and even at 56kg I definitely feel too heavy for it"

"The upright wooden poles have split, no doubt caused by the hot weather. But the splits are long, almost 2 metres. No doubt rain water will get in. I suppose I can put jubilee clips round these posts to try to stop the splits going further."
