Good product however ...

"The telescope arrived damaged. After a few emails and days later they agreed to send us a replacement which we are now waiting for. I generally wouldn’t have minded however we already had to wait longer than expected and stated for the product to arrive in the first place. Bear in mind that if you have an issue you can’t call there customer service line and they have a 48 hr email response time and they do take the full 2 days to respond. Hoping that it all gets resolved soon though. Wheel is great though and looks fab in the kids treehouse!"
