"Having been on the hunt for a suitable climbing frame for some time, this did not disappoint! The wood is brilliant quality and we didn't find the construction is not as hard as some other reviews suggest. It took us 7 hours over 2 days. In fact the thing that took us longest was putting the climbing grips on! Just take your time reading the instructions, measurements and pre drilling. Definitely recommend!"

"I am very happy with our frame. We chose to build it ourselves, which was interesting to say the least. The instructions weren't all together and the parts weren't labelled in any way. But having said that with a tape measure it was easy to sort out. We are very happy with the product on the whole. Although there were a few knots that made drilling holes very difficult."

Can you please give me the number for your customer service team? I would like to provide some feedback on the quality of your wood! - Its absolutely AWFUL! 2 of the main support pieces were badly split and would not have been safe to use. I spoke to a helpful lady who assured me that all the wood is checked but this clearly not been the case with our order. Or your QC checks are not working! Much of the rest of the wood was covered in what looked like white 'mould' or a green substance. It looks like its been outside all winter. This looked quite unattractive and the final assembled playground would definitely NOT have looked like those on your website. How can you sell an image of a lovely playground on your website, which has clean wood and then deliver customers wood which looks mouldy or covered in a green substance. To be clear, to make the playground look like those on your website I would probably have needed to sand the whole thing!
