"Customer service was fantastic - they phoned me to know when it would be best for delivery, and the driver also contacted me when lost. Also, it came faster than expected. The product itself is of good quality and beautiful after assembled! My 2-year old boy loves it! It took my partner 2 days to put it up by himself."

"Firstly really pleased with the product, timber was great, all finished well, instructions very clear and easy to follow. The screws and drill bits were also of a good quality, probably took about a day to assemble, level and concrete in with one person. There were exactly enough screws for assembly, one or two more would have been nice to allow for defects/loss. The only downside was delivery, which took around 4 weeks (there were bank holidays). Shipping was difficult however when involving customer service they replied promptly and very helpfuly and I felt did all they could to expedite delivery - I felt the fault lay with the shipping company. Also included a free fireman's pole for the hassle! Some reviews left a worry re delivery but honestly the customer service team were great - three people in all and every single one was great. Overall I am really pleased with the product, and if I was told shipping would be delayed I think I'm very glad to have waited and would definitely purchase from outdoor toys again."

"A nice product but there was damage to some parts of the wood. Also the climbing rope is shiny and hard to hold on to. My grandsons love playing on the climbing frame. Efficient delivery and good building instructions"
"The climbing frame is lovely and well made, hopefully it will stand the test of time. This took two skilled DIYers 7 hours to build as there is not a single pre-drilled hole. Also the delivery company were very vague about the time/day they were coming but all good in the end!"
"This climbing frame has already bought endless hours of fun to our children and their friends, and we believe it will continue to do so. Only 4 starts because it isn't easy to build it took my partner two afternoons, and the holes were no pressure drilled. I think if the holes were predrilled that would have helped alot!"
