What can I say apart from exceptional professional service, delivered as promised. My granddaughter is absolutely delighted with her birthday present especially as I initially ordered from another company prior to this who gave exactly the opposite service & delivered an incomplete swing set after the promised date & it took me over a week to resolve the issue created. Second attempt has left me absolutely wishing that I had ordered from Outdoor Toys initially. The single Robo boat swing set is perfect for my tall just turned 8 year old granddaughter. I ordered an extra swing seat, rubber matting & ground anchors. Of which all except the rubber matting has been used. Granddaughters parents are very happy with the swing set & report that my granddaughter makes constant use of it.
