"I purchased a glider a year ago alongside a swing set and kept it aside as my children were a bit small for it. When i put it together i realised it was missing the bracket that attaches to the swing. I contacted customer service about it, they were quick to reply and very kindly sent me the piece i was missing. I was very impressed with the quality and speed of customer service and my kids are now loving their new glider!"

"Relatively easy to assemble the glider and fit to the existing frame. Good instructions - only thing I'd add is to drill pilot holes first. Most importantly the kids (3&5) love being able to use the swing together or with their friends! So much so that I have had to get a better ground anchor!"

"Very sturdy swing set and everything looks great quality. Bought the double swing with climbing ropes at the side and although we have quite a small garden it looks completely fine I also bought the glider which we have on now, again seems good quality but was a bit of a pest to put on. My dads only complaint was that there could have been marks where to drill/ and where to hammer the posts onto so you do not need to keep measuring."
