Unfortunately, the first delivery arrived damaged and broken, which was disappointing. However, the issue was handled extremely well. Customer service agent Alen (Alennie) responded quickly, arranged a replacement straight away, and the new item arrived within just a few days. The replacement was in perfect condition and my nephew absolutely loves it. Mistakes can happen with delivery, but the speed and professionalism of the customer service really stood out. Great product and excellent aftercare — would definitely recommend this company."
