"The swing and monkey bars are great once built, seems very sturdy. The only issue is the majority of wooden parts had signs of surface damp and mould and felt damp to the touch. They've dried out fine but one or two pieces were slightly bowed which made assembly challenging, with the need for brute force to hold things in place to drill it together."

A pole was missed from the. delovery but I cannot fault Shaun from their customer services team he was really good at resolving the issue and providing reassurance it would be resolved. Would buy from them again. The wood does have cracks but these are natural and have been fully stress tested."
"Great little swing set. Took a while to put together though, so if you can get help, do! Was a bit confused about the little black covers for the coach bolts. . . They don't stay on, but realistically, you don't really need them."

"Brilliant swingset with monkey bars and we got the add on monkey bar adventure rope set for side to add room to climb and swing. Our child loves it but… …delivery was much longer than suggested at over three weeks wait time. Contacting customer services involves a 45 minute wait time on hold or delayed email response. Delivery was neither sustainable or efficient. It was delivered in sections over multiple deliveries - one of these was simply a small plank of wood! This made it difficult to know if you have all the pieces. A shame as product is great."
