"This is a really well made and great size playframe. All of the parts are great quality and extremely solid. The green sections of the frame are a really nice colour and the rest of the frame is a dark grey which also looks good. The product was delivered by Outdoor Toys in one of their own vans and delivery which really quick with good updates. I spoke to Outdoor Toys before placing the order and they were really polite and helpful. All of the items in the delivery were well packaged and nothing was damaged. The sections of this playframe do go together very easily. Each section (Slide, Monkey Bars & Climbing Wall) come with their own instructions and estimate a build time of 2hrs per section. This playframe took 8hrs overall to build. The instructions are easy to follow and clear. There are clear plastic caps over the ends of some of the poles (mainly the poles used for climbing/monkey bars), it didn’t make reference to these in the manuals but they do need to stay on after reviewing images online. This playframe can be build by one person, but some sections can be awarkward especially when linking different sections. If you need to move the playframe once built you need at least 2 people as it is heavy and to prevent any damage. The frame comes with 4 large spikes per section to secure it to the floor. The manual advises digging a hole and securing each spike with postcrete. This is not possible with artificial grass but the spikes are very long and do go into the ground and hold the frame well without the need for postcrete. I did see a review where they suggested not tightening the screws up fully as you go along and I would highly recommend this. I left the screws/bolts loose and tightened them once it was complete. This allowed me to move the frame and also allowed the frame to find its own level when building it as there is some play in all of the fittings. This ensured the frame was square and stable on the ground, especially important if your not on a completely level surface. Overall amazing playframe and I would highly recommend it and Outdoor Toys!"
"Happy. Came quicker than expected. Seems decent quality etc. My advice to people installing themselves: don't tighten screws until you've got them all in place for each section. I overtightened the first few which skewed the frame ever so slightly meaning I couldn't align the rest (until I had gone back and loosened the first ones). Final construction seems solid though."
