Really nice sturdy product. I

"Really nice sturdy product. I was surprised at having to use a drill to predrill the holes for the screws but for me that is absolutely no problem. I have fixed it yomthe ground for extra stability and I think this id necessary if a few children are going to use it at the same time . Overall it is a really nice piece of kit and I am sure it will give much pleasure for many years."

Lovely sturdy set, assembly was

"Lovely sturdy set, assembly was straightforward too. Only issue I had was my order was short of 1 of the baby seats I had ordered as an additional item, called to highlight and got a chap who didn't seem too bothered, no apology, just a "we'll get one sent out to you over the next few days". It did arrive. But poor telephone manner/customer service. Apart from that all products are well worth purchasig. All we need now is the weather to get out and enjoy it"

"Delivery was very prompt and everything we ordered was present in the packages. The swing set is well made and well engineered. Construction went quite well, although we found the illustrations very small and they didn’t explain how to attach the slider to the cross bar. However, the video was useful. Our granddaughters are delighted with the swing set."

swing set and seesaw were

"swing set and seesaw were excellent quality and i would definately buy from outdoor toys again, the grandchildren really love it. The people who delivered it were really good in bringing it in to the garden and they were polite but my only gripe is that they never give you a time slot or a day, i was told it could be a few weeks before it arrives and without warning it suddenly arrived, luckily we were home but could easily have been at work. i have read other reviews like mine, so maybe if you had a word with the delivery people and pointed out what people are saying then maybe this problem could be resolved., but otherwise everything else was brilliant and thats why i gave you 5 stars."
