"This is a good sturdy swing set. Be prepared for the many hours it takes to put together. No pre drilled holes and no numbers on any of the wood. It arrives as bundles of wood with no markings so lots of measuring to figure out which piece is which."
"Ordered over Easter weekend which meant it took just over a week to arrive. But it's fabulous! Took one man with little to no experience a while afternoon to build!! Be exact with your measurements for drilling the holes as it doesn't come pre drilled or marked. Kids have spent every afternoon after school so far swinging away!!"
"Our daughter loves the swing and slide set. The quality of the timber and parts is excellent, and the instructions are quite easy to follow. Assembly is not for the faint - hearted, you'll need power tools, measuring and drilling are required but it's satisfying once complete."
"Ordered this in march for our songs 5th birthday, started to build it in the middle of April but quickly realised all the wood hadn’t been delivered. Got in contact with outdoor toys and Chloe was an absolute saviour. She managed to help us and get the remaining pieces shipped straight away. Such a great customer service from her. Our son absolutely loves his new climbing frame!"
"Our 2 year old loves this. We bought the toddler seat for him to use as an extra as he can’t use the main swing seat yet. He can climb the stairs and use the slide without assistance."
"Our 5yr old & 2yr old girls absolutely love their slide & swing set - it arrived in time for the Easter weekend so they’ve had a wonderful time playing outside. They’re always asking to go and play outside which makes a nice change, super happy with our purchase! We paid for the installation service as we knew we wouldn’t have time to assemble it ourselves. Quite a pricey service but Kenneth was excellent! Took him all day to build it (and he’s built them before) so we’re very pleased we purchased this service as it would definitely have taken us longer!"
"On the whole we were pleased with the product. Ensuring the uprights and roof bars were drilled accurately was tricky. It would be better if this was predone during manufacturing. Also the cost of necessary anchors to ensure the product is safe to use would be better included in the description and price as one in the website."
