Delivery

"Trampling is amazing after hard work digging it in but delivery was poor not 3day as web site stats"

Mr

"Ultimately happy with the purchase the only trouble we had with installing is we wanted the option of not having the inclosure on. There wasn't an option to buy this trampoline on this site without the inclosure and I thought it wouldn't matter as a lot of them are easy to add on or take away this one it would seem not so. The instructions have both types in them and it's easy to accidentally follow the instructions without the inclosure but as we found out you don't get given the 2 different size bolts needed whether you choose to use the enclosure or not. So just to secure the thin soil guard a 4 inch bolt wasn't necessary. All I had to hand was zip ties which work. Just would of been nice to have the correct size bolts for whichever one you choose to have considering you don't sell both models. I have had experience in installing these trampolines before as I work in landscaping. First one that came with an inclosure though!"

Great but not easy to build!

"We are very pleased with the finished item and it works brilliantly. It is great quality and is smart looking. We had quite a few issues building it though as the instructions were not very clear at times. Or just confusing. I have seen other brands have video tutorials on Youtube of how to install their ground trampolines. I think that is a much more useful set of instructions to follow because you can see the real objects rather than line drawings. This model is quite different to assemble than others so I couldn't cross-reference unfortunately. If it were just a review for the product... more like 5 stars, but the instructions let it down for us."

Q&A

I have tried twice to thread the mech pad through the tabs where the springs are and the pad is puckering when i get back to the start as if there is too much fabric in the padding. Sits nice and flat all the way around except where the two ends meet. Followed the *very poor* instructions exactly. Can someone explain how to get the pad to sit flat against the springs please.
