"Lovely utv does great job but still having problems when it gets too 80% looses all power from remote and utv contacted outdoor toys tried everything there asking of me but feel like am going round in circles everything works as it should when it says 100% tried connections any debris sent video sent pic now want more video of it charging and according too them just because the light on charger turns green it dosnt mean its charged think need a better charging system so parents know when it's fully charged still trying too get problem fixed wich there helping me with but going round in circles as a said"

"We purchased the UTV MX 2021 Renegade for our son's 3rd birthday. The service we received from Outdoor Toys was exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us out after ordering the car extremely late to make sure it arrived in time for his birthday. We couldn't of been more grateful as a parent the thought of the gift not arriving in time is the biggest worry when ordering online. But they was so helpful and reliable, the delivery man even called to say he was 15 minutes away if we needed to make sure it wasn't seen by the birthday child and even carried it in insuring the illustration of the vehicle on the box was covered and could not be seen. So thoughtful and a professional service you never expect to receive anymore. As for the car it is everything we hoped for and more. Carrying our 3 year old and 7 year old with ease. It's a fantastic vehicle carrying more than 7 stone it flew across the park and around the garden no problems at all. The kids love it. The battery lasted over 1 and a half hours using it on the park and pavements that are both up and also downhill amazing! I would 100% recommend this vehicle and the company."
