"We bought a slide and a two swing set. It took over a week to arrive! Came in two stages when delivered, nothing to do with outdoor company just the delivery company being so busy. When it comes to building the slide and swing it was fairly easy to build. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. Overall we are very happy with our purchase"

"Well....I ordered the set as a birthday present for my daughter and contacted customer service to ensure delivery would be in time. They contacted the warehouse to distribute as quickly as possible. 2 days before I needed it, delivery (GREAT) however...1 part of the parcel was missing (lost by courier). I contacted the customer service who did their best to get the replacement out to me. Next day it arrived! A very happy birthday girl! The build isn't the easiest but not overly difficult (you need 2 people). The set is very good quality and sturdy. I would recommend you purchase a ground support. The swing is quite heavy and sturdy but we chose to have the slide separate (this needs steadying to the ground). In all great product, fantastic customer service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again."
