"Fantastic company to buy from. Order arrived on time. We opened on Christmas Day and unfortunately the charger was missing. I emailed and got a reply straight away saying someone would be in contact. A couple of days later a charger had been sent out. The whirlwind car is absolutely brilliant. My son loves it. Brilliant service and product. Would recommend"
"I bought the perfect outdoor ride on car for my disabled daughter, the only one suitable for her needs. On arrival after following the instructions which we very straight forward the car wouldn't start. I contacted customer service panicked as this was my daughters Xmas present and it was the week before Xmas. They didn't hesitate to do everything possible to help resolve the issue and get my daughter her car for Xmas day. They sent out a replacement so it would make it in time and arranged collection of the broken car after Xmas. It all worked out in the end thanks to the empathy, understanding, caring nature of the staff at outdoor toys. I would highly recommend using this company and the car is brilliant fun too my daughter absolutely loves it."
