"We bought this to go with our granddaughters swing we brought her last year, and attached them both together to mske them more secure, she absolutely loves its. Took a while to put slide up at a couple of hours but was worth it in the end to see granddaughter's happy smiling face 🌝"

"The product itself is fantastic and fits our existing swing set. It's good quality wood and although it took us about 4 hours to build (with the added adventure pack too), it's well worth it and loved by our 3 year old. The customer service we received as well was faultless - thank you. The only reason I'm rating it 4/5 stars is because the delivery wasn't great. They used Arrow XL to deliver it, after a long dispatch time, who then somehow lost our parcel on the day it was supposed to be delivered! It took a further week for them to "find" it (I'm not sure what really happened in-between), and then eventually it got delivered slightly damaged and one piece of wood was missing. Outdoor toys were really good though and sent the replacement part out asap. From the point of ordering to delivery it was 4 weeks, so bear this in mind. I can other reviews have mentioned long delivery times too. I think outdoor toys outsourcing their delivery to Arrow XL might be a mistake. When we ordered the original swing set, it was delivered by a branded outdoor toys van and the delivery experience was much better. Overalll though, I am happy with the product and would buy it again, despite the delivery chaos."
"Our grandaughters love this adventure climbing slide. Quite tricky to build as you have to drill all your own holes but well worth the effort."
"Arrived super quick after placed order had it within 5 days amazing. once arrive there was quite a few big cracks down the wood my carpenter dad said they should not be like this but on the website it says it is normal so i got them wet to let them soak up the moisture to stop anymore cracking. Next i put them together instructions aren’t the easiest to identify what woods what but a video online is definitely the way to go. Didn’t take too long a few hours for the whole thing. Super sturdy looks amazing and the kids absolutely love it holds them amazing with no worries. The only other thing as they use a lot it the swing brackets squeak quite quickly but nothing a bit wd40 can’t help."
"Excellent quality , my little girl loves this. Glad you can add on as the climbing frame has been added to her swing. The delivery time is absolutely horrendous - especially when it states 7-14 days and we waited around 5 weeks, and the delivery company don’t give you any notice of when they are coming either."

"Over the moon with the product quality and cost. Daughter loves it. Now its built up. The delivery time avaliable and delivery communication was quite simply poor. No options for express delivery like website states, no emails from delivery company. Product actually just left on our driveway."
